At Mamuschki, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your request must meet the following conditions:

• The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

• This return policy applies only to your first purchase of Mamuschki Maternity Leggings and is limited to one refund per customer.

• The leggings may be tried on for fit and comfort but must not be excessively worn, washed, altered, stained, altered, or intentionally damaged.

• Please provide a brief explanation of why the leggings did not meet your expectations. This feedback helps us improve our products and customer experience.

• You must provide your order number or other valid proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior authorization and return instructions will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Mamuschki is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Processing Fee

A $3 processing fee per returned item will be deducted from your refund to cover administrative and handling costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mamuschki.com and include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

After reviewing your claim, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution at no additional cost to you.

If a return is required, we will provide return instructions before the item is sent back.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or product, please return your eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing immediately after they are placed.

For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed once they have been submitted.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including your shipping address, selected products, sizes, and payment information.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, less the applicable $3 processing fee per returned item.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.

Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

If your shipment is delayed, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

If tracking indicates that your package has been Delivered, but you cannot locate it, please first check around your property, with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Mamuschki is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the shipping carrier has confirmed successful delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

This statutory right applies in addition to any rights provided under this Return Policy where required by law.

Right to Refuse Returns

Mamuschki reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not comply with this Return & Refund Policy, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• The return request is submitted after the 14-day return period.

• The product has been excessively worn, washed, stained, altered, or intentionally damaged.

• The return policy is being misused or abused.

• Proof of purchase cannot be provided.

• The returned item does not match the original order.
